We bought this gorgeous leather journal this week for our little girl. When I found out we were pregnant I started writing letters to our baby and transferred them into here and am going to give this to her when she's older. It's seriously so pretty!!!
We will just have to do without a picture of me this week. Life has been getting the best of me a little and I haven't remembered to take one. Ooop!!! Oh well only three more days until I'm supposed to post for next week anyway.
Total weight gain/loss: Still sitting around my starting weight. Maybe gained a few pounds but it fluctuates a lot day to day so it's hard to tell.
Maternity clothes? Yeah, I should be wearing them. I can still wear normal shirts, but my pants don't even close to fit anymore.
Stretch marks? nope
Sleep: Slept better than last week, which isn't saying a ton but I had a few days to sleep in and that helped.
Best moment this week: Getting a piano! I can't wait to see my little girl watch her daddy play and learn to love music.
Miss anything? Sleep, this week I've been having running cravings and I miss being able to do that.
Movement: I swear I have, but it's so subtle that when I notice it and start to pay attention it doesn't happen again.
Food cravings: I desperately want a good cold turkey sandwich. Which I of course can't eat. It's rough. That is all I want. I think about eating one several times a day at least.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Mostly just not eating every two hours. Though, I don't ever really feel amazing.
Have you started to show yet: Yep. It's actually kind of nice because whenever I start to think that I look chubby in clothes I just laugh and say it's okay because I'm pregnant. I will miss that excuse.
Gender: GIRL!!! Our beautiful perfect little baby girl. I knew that was what she was but it's nice to be positive so I can buy stuff now.
Labor signs: no
Bell button in or out? in
Wedding rings on or off? on, but it's getting iffy if I am warm at all. I may have to buy a cheap one to wear for a few months.
Happy or moody most of the time: Mostly happy I think.
Looking forward to: For my christmas present this year I am getting a 3d ultrasound done on monday so I can get some better pictures of her cute little face.
Baby #2 is the size of a pomegranate!
As her digestive system preps for the outside world, she's manufacturing meconium--the tarry black substance you'll find in her first dirty diaper (ew)!
Since she's a girl, she's already got a lifetime supply of eggs in her womb--about six million of them!
